This car was built by Italian car manufacturer, Fiat as part of the 131 series marketed from 1974 to 1984. This car is a 2-door saloon assembled in Turin, Italy and debuted at the 1974 Turin Motor Show.

The Abarth 131 used a front engine, rear-wheel drive layout, where the engine is longitudinal front-mounted. The engine size ranges from a 1.3 litre straight-four petrol engine to a 2.5 litre straight-four diesel engine.

These cars were built in cooperation with Fiat, Abarth and Bertone. Bertone would complete bodywork modifications, send them back to Fiat for the Abarth mechanicals to be applied. There are multiple liveries and colours the 131 Abarth comes in, this model specifically comes in yellow.
