About the car
The McLaren MP4/5B was the Formula One car entered by the British McLaren Racing team for the 1990 Formula One season. Designed by Neil Oatley, it was driven by Brazilian Ayrton Senna, who had been with the team since 1988, and Austrian Gerhard Berger, who came from Scuderia Ferrari. The MP4/5B is powered by a Honda V10 engine.
It is made of carbon fibre monocoque chassis, with an engine of 690 horsepower which reaches up to 13000 rpm. The car possesses an engine named Honda RA100E and a displacement 3493 cm3.
