Aston Martin RB15, Pierre Gasly – (110191110):
The Red Bull Racing RB15 is a Formula One racing car designed and constructed by Red Bull Racing to compete during the 2019 FIA Formula One World Championship. The car was driven by Max Verstappen, Pierre Gasly and Alexander Albon. Gasly was originally intended to be driving the RB15 for the entire season, after moving from Toro Rosso to replace Daniel Ricciardo. However, following the 2019 Hungarian Grand Prix, it was announced that Albon would be substituting for Gasly for the rest of the season.
The RB15 was the first car built by Red Bull Racing with a Honda engine, and it made its competitive debut at the 2019 Australian Grand Prix. Verstappen’s victory at the 2019 Austrian Grand Prix marked the first Honda-powered car’s victory since Jensen Button in 2006.
Red Bull Racing built the body primarily out of carbon and aluminium, to decrease weight to just 743 kilograms. It was fitted with an MGU-K and an MGU-H for more efficient fuel consumption. Furthermore, the beating heart of the car was the 1.6-litre Honda RA619H turbocharged V6, capable of putting out an astonishing 900 horsepower at 15,000 rpm.
