One of the most advanced and powerful variants of the 2 Series is the BMW M2 CS. With its turbocharged 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine, six-speed manual transmission and light weight of just over 1,500 kilograms, the M2 CS is BMW at its best. The engine in the M2 CS produces 444 hp at a very high 6,250 rpm and 406 lb-ft of torque over a range of 2,350 to 5,500 rpm. Minichamps, a German miniature brand based in the city of Aachen, was founded in 1990 under the name Paul’s Model Art, but it was not until 1996 that the company was renamed Minichamps.
