About the car

The BMW M6 GT3 is a racing car made by the German manufacturer BMW. Based on the BMW M6 series (F12/F13) from which it takes its name, it is homologated in the GT3 category of the International Automobile Federation.

The vehicle is powered by a 4.4-liter V8 engine with Twin Power Turbo technology. The powertrain features a dry-sump lubrication system and generates up to 585 horsepower, while weighing less than 1,300 kg.

The 2017 ADAC GT Masters season was the eleventh season of the ADAC GT Masters, the Grand Tour-style sports car race founded by the German automobile club ADAC.
